Data collected
Contact form: name, work email, company, message, and the optional subject and budget. Booking: name, email and time slot, entered on cal.com. Audience measurement: pages viewed, actions on the site (booking, form sent, film), referrer, device type, country and loading times, with no cookie; a visit is recognised by a hash of the request, discarded after 24 h, and only anonymous statistics are kept.
Purposes and legal bases
Replying to your request and preparing a quote (pre-contractual measures); measuring the site's audience and performance as anonymous statistics (legitimate interest; measurement exempt from consent under the CNIL criteria, which you can object to).
Retention
Contact form: 3 years after the last contact. Audience measurement: the visit hash is discarded after 24 h, and only anonymous statistics are kept.
Recipients and processors
Vercel (hosting, audience measurement), Microsoft (email), Cal.com (booking). Transfers outside the European Union are covered by standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, portability, instructions on what happens to your data after your death: write to contact@cobeia.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority. For audience measurement, the button in the Cookies section is enough.
Cookies
The site sets no advertising or audience-measurement cookie. A single cookie, NEXT_LOCALE, remembers the language you chose until you close the browser: it is strictly necessary. The mode you choose with the lamp (day or night) is kept in this browser (local storage, no expiry): strictly necessary to remember your choice, it is never sent anywhere. After your first pull, the “pull the cord” hint stays hidden until you close the tab (session storage). Audience measurement (Vercel Web Analytics, Vercel Speed Insights) stores nothing on your device and only produces anonymous statistics, with no tracking across sites: it is exempt from consent. You can object to it below; your choice is then saved in this browser (local storage, no cookie). Booking opens on cal.com, in a new tab: that site's cookies fall under its own policy.
