Reliable business indicators for the Chooz and Civaux power plants

Context

EDF renewed its nuclear plants' information system through a national program, the SdIN. At Chooz, which with Civaux makes up the N4 series (four reactors, two per site), the migrated data had to be checked, made reliable, then used every day.

Approach

We led the data migration and data quality work after the switchover, then served as the data and BI lead: needs defined with the business teams, automation and control tools, industrialized indicators, working with the Civaux plant. In 2025, we came back to migrate the Methods teams' dashboards from Tableau to Power BI.
